Our valley is surrounded by mountains & nature. We live and work in a beautiful area where others come for vacation.

We manufacture & rebuild polyurethane foam Mixing Heads for all types of Reaction Injection Molding machines. Since 1972 we have produced all types of Mix Heads for Krauss Maffei. We also produced an exclusive new line of mixing heads for Frimo, Inc. CMTT now has our own new line of PU Foam Mix heads for most applications.

Our Mixing Head Repair Services are known worldwide for outstanding service and lasting quality. Mix Head Repair is our specialty. Our facilities include our complete mixing head repair shop as well as a full-scale CNC machine shop with support equipment to finish, check, and test our products.

We do prototype work (sometimes with our own engineering), low quantity, and high-volume production if it is the right size part for our machines. We also make fixtures, complete units, and machines, tested and ready to use for our customers.

With our flexibility and fast reaction to our customer’s needs, professionally trained local workers, and our modern machines, we have been able to build up a very good reputation over the years. To have top technical workers, we train local people and sometimes even send them to Germany for training. Our employees like the area and stay with us, consequently we have very little turn over, which benefits both the worker and the company.

We get all the service we need here in this remote area; UPS, FEDEX, and other trucking companies allow us to get tools and materials as fast as being in the Bay Area. We provide service to our customers Worldwide.
